We’re looking for a high-level Commercial HVAC Technician who can do more than just turn wrenches—you’re the one others call when things get complicated.

If you have strong experience with boilers, chillers, and advanced commercial systems, and you enjoy mentoring others while solving real problems for customers, this is your next move.

What You’ll Do
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex commercial HVAC systems, including RTUs, split systems, boilers and chillers 
  • Perform startup, diagnostics, and major repairs on central plant systems, pumps, and cooling towers 
  • Assist leading large-scale installs, retrofits, and system upgrades 
  • Serve as the go-to technical expert for difficult service calls 
  • Mentor junior technicians and help elevate the team 
  • Work directly with customers to explain issues and recommend long-term solutions 
  • Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards 

What You Bring
  • Strong experience in commercial HVAC service (5–8+ years preferred) 
  • Proven expertise with boilers, chillers, and hydronic systems 
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills in electrical, refrigeration, and controls systems 
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and sequences of operation 
  • Experience with BAS/controls systems is a big plus 
  • Leadership mindset—you naturally help others get better 
What Sets You Apart

  • Experience with central plant systems 
  • Boiler/commercial combustion training 
  • Chiller certifications or manufacturer training 
  • NATE certifications or similar credentials
